I have two kids, 6 & 7. I had my first one at 20, so yes, I have regretted having them from time to time, I was young and didn't give myself the opportunity to experiance the adult life that I always envisioned myself having. But that usually goes away when I get one of their sloppy kisses and tight bear hugs. My babies love me like noone else ever will.

Have I regretted it? Every single day. Do I appreciate it? Every single day.
Nothing in life is easy. Having children is sure no bed of roses. It has good days and bad, ups and downs, heartache and rewards, just like jobs and relationships and most other aspects of life.
Would I do it again if I had it to do all over again? Probably. But I would have waited until I was a little older and financially stabler before I did it. And I always thought that I should have stopped at one.
It would help if you were more specific regarding what the question is about, if you don't want people to tell you how they love their children. Are you doing research? Are you trying to decide whether you want to commit to a lifetime relationship with a child? What exactly are you looking for?

I would never say I regretted having any of my 3 kids. There are days when they are throwing up, being bad in the grocery, or drawing on my walls that I say WHY me, or wish I was at the ocean. But I realized that sometime the hardest things bring the greatest rewards. Trust me, I see those 100 times more often then any of the bad times.
I wonder, though if you say you already know, then why ask the question? It seems to me you are one of those why give up my life for someone else? You just don't get it and won't unless you have a child.

I have 6 kids; an 11 year old, two 9 year olds, an 8 year old, and two 4 year olds! I had my oldest when I was 18. I don't actually regret having them; I just regret having the first 3 so early in life. I wish I would have waited til I was at least 21 before I had the first one.

I have three adult natural children still living. Don't get me wrong I DO love them yet I Do regret having the third one<( He has been nothing but trouble since the day he was born and has inherited every mental and emotional problem known to man. He refuses medication and has been in and out of jail since age 13!! He is there now. If I had it to do over again I would NOT have had the third child!!

I know you don't want women to answer your question but I just had to. I am 25 and currently pregnant with #4. I have regretted having my children from time to time. I want a house can't because the kids need something. I want to sleep in can't because the kids need something. It isn't always or constant but there are times I wish I would have only had 1. Then I look at the others and change my mine. Glad I am not the only one doing it!

If the 70% score is actual, which I doubt, then there are greater screwed up mum and dad than Im ever could have theory. i'm a disabled single guy, at the instant presented finished custody and my existence could be s##t without my daughter and a pair of sons. i think of loads of the human beings on your survey might desire to strengthen up and not be so selfserving, as babies do require invested time, money and LOVE; yet they're the wonderful exhilaration a human could have.

I regret having my first child 10 months after getting married. We were too young and poor. I planned my second, and sometimes regret that too. The constant demands, all the stuff you have to put up with. Then, I get angry with myself and realize how empty my life would be without them.

I don't regret my daughter at all, I only regret the circumstances I was in when she was born, as her mother and I were never married. if I could have found the right woman BEFORE having my daughter, that would have been ideal, but things just didn't turn out that way.

I have 4 and no I do not regret having them. It is tough sometimes though. When Christmas is here, or you need to pay a bill and the kids need shoes. It always works out though.
