The deep oceans have less oxygen than the surface, but they do have some oxygen.

I have no clue... however I can tell you that when I'm cold and wet I find it very hard to concentrate so I would imagine oxygen would feel the same way... I guess it all depends on the project its doing though...

I don't know this for sure...the exact number.All I can tell you is that you'll barely find any oxygen in the deep cold waters!
