Try it with a yard brush to cover a bigger areas.

I've never tried it but apparently it's supposed to be brilliant at getting rid of it...you should dry brush in upward strokes before you get the shower or bath. I think basically it improves the circulation and breaks down fat deposits. It also improves the texture and tone of your skin.

very effective, it is good for the circulation without a doubt....make sure you brush upwards you get a more effective outcome.
