ill be truthful iv got a question to hand in and i carnt find the answer i have looked im a business student so not confident on law if i post the problem and my veiw can anyone help

ok heres the question

dear sam
its my brothers birthday on saturday his name is paul and he will be 18 years old. as you know im currently in hospital after being sectioned under the mental health act but im coming out nxt week last week i won 100,000 pound but the bookie said hes short of cash but he always says that when i win so iv gone and booked an holiday. the travel firm asked me to pay 6 weeks in advance but i changed the clause to 4 weeks and sent the booking form back i thought id like some company so i bought a wife for £10,000 out of the paper. the holiday is for a month in iraq starting next week i here there will be lots of americans so i can speak to them to get directions

you know about the law, will my contracts be ok

Sure - go ahead. Post it - ill try my best at trying to remember some aspects of law i have studied oin my business and accounting course. Ill try to help.

Is that the actual question because that looks nothing like a University question that I've seen and I have seen quite a lot. Post the question word for word because there maybe subtle hints in the wording that may affect the outcome of any answer or reply.

I dont believe you. That is not a university question. Im a law student, and have read enough of them to get the format and composition of them. That is just not how they are written, its got snide jokey remarks in there eg about there being lots of americans in iraq that just wouldnt be in a question.
