My mom is home with cancer.and is really unable to walk around on her own anymore.I live in madison Wisconsin,and I heard that the state will pay me to stay homw and take care of her.Im wondering if this is true,and if so how can i apply for this?

Not under any state program I ever saw or heard of. Try the State homepage and look under the section "Services" and "Health"
for some contacts

Might also call the local county health and welfare departments for advice

I believe you're talking about the Community Options Program (C.O.P.). Call your local county department of Social Services and ask about applying:
