Turn to channel 999 then watch how to set up favourites.
You can now programme up to 50 favourite channels that you go through using the blue button. It saves having to skip through all the dross that is Sky.
If I could fine tune it, I'd like to be able to go through them in both directions, but it's a useful feature.

I don't think you can.
That was the beauty of the old analogue sky box. You could "skip" channels on a search.
You're stuck with all the boring stuff that no-one watches now.

you can't, the only device you can remove channels on is a freeview box
