Press the heels of your palms against your forehead. Then push your head a hard as you can against them. Strain your neck muscles. Try to hold it for 10 seconds or so. When you release, you should feel less pain. Do it two or three times.
It also works to stand close to the wall with your head against the wall and push your head hard against the wall. Again do this two or three times. The pain should lessen.
Hot wet towels (microwave 30 seconds) on your forehead and the back of your neck work, as do cold gel packs on the back of your neck.
I hope something helps. Feel Better.

There is a pressure point in your hand that, if you push on it, will make your headache go away. It will work in a pinch (if you get a sudden headache, or you are away from home), but to cure overall headaches you should probably drink more fluids, get adequate rest, and remove stress from your routine.
To access the pressure point, take your (let's say left, though it could be done with either) hand and relax it. With your right hand, pinch the skin between the forefinger and thumb on your left hand. Feel for where the muscle is that connects your digits together. You want to pinch right about where you can first feel that muscle. It sounds complicated but once you find it, you can tell because it will feel odd.
Should do the trick.

Well, I always carry excedrin migraine, but, if you don't have access to any, neck rotations, stretching and massage are the next best option.

grind green chillies into a paste and apply them over a wet cloth which is wrapped around your forehead and your headache would vanish.
