Cut the pork tenderloin up into small pieces, toss in flour, salt & pepper, fry with chopped onions until browned. Add beef stock ,cut carrots, celery, potatoes, bay leaf, brocolli or any other vegetable. Simmer for 1 hour. Take 1/2 cup of cold water, add 3 tbsps of corn starch, mix well, pour into vegetable meat mixture and you have a good tasting stew

I do agree with everyone else, it will not make a good soup, there is not enough fat in the meat. However I would suggest grilling it. You marinade it in about anything you want BBQ sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper, garlic etc. But is great on the grill. Serve it with rice and steamed veggies on the side that you would have used in the soup. Pork Tenderloin is like the filet mignon of pork very tender and flavorful, so again don't waste it on soup. You will probably be disappointed. Good Luck...

DON'T WASTE IT IN SOUP. PORK TENDERLOIN IS NOT MEANT FOR SOUP. TRY CUTTING THE LOIN INTO SLICES, 1/2 TO 1'' THICK, BREAD THEM , PAN FRY ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL BROWN, AND THEN BAKE IN THE OVEN, MAKES DELICIOUS BREADED CUTLETS. OR YOU CAN PAN FRY ONLY. MY PREFERENCE IS TO PAN FRY CUTLETS IN REAL BUTTER. CUTLETS WILL BE DELICIOUS AND TENDER.

I would not suggest cooking it past the warming stage anymore. Everyone except the restraunt owner is correct in that it does not have enough fat content to keep from losing flavor & drying out.
