If, by "form the back", you mean spoon fashion or doggy, it's just another position. Maybe he digs your backside, and is more visually stimulated by it than your chest. If you mean anal, he may just want to try something naughty and different, either for the different sensation or to be kinky. It doesn't mean, by itself, that he's ready to move on. If that were true, he wouldn't still be getting intimate with you.

Having sex from the back is good. I know when me and my boyfriend do it I have an orgasm that makes the world shake. Sometimes guys like to try something new. I don't think he is planning on moving on. Maybe you should sit down and talk with him.

Back, front, side, upside down, from a chandelier...all positions are all good!

My ex used to do it that way. He said it feels better and makes him do something faster. Im not sure if thats the truth but I think it hurts worse this way.
