The government are trying to reduce the amount of people on incapacity benefit, and get as many people back into work as they can. If you are genuinely too sick to work then you wont have to worry, but if that is the case shouldn't you be receiving disability living allowance? I think this is a good idea as too many people take advantage of the system and are scrounging off of tax payers like myself ( i don't mean you!)

Whilst the MPs bump up their money and the rich fiddle their tax.
The sick are bullied into shame. The worrying thing is that the public seem to support this!

No, every now and again some staff send out some letters so that people can state whats wrong with them and if its lies they can use it against them if they get caught.
Don't worry if you are really ill.
And if they persist ask them why they are harrassing sick people.
They even send it out to people dying.

No, the form is a necessary documentation for your employer, or former employer. They and you have certain legal documentation requirements to meet when you are on dissability.

Yes, worry that they are keeping a closer eye on you. No, don't worry about anything if you are injured.
Be advised that they will follow or investigate you thoroughly for about 90 days. Stay out of the limelight, go out of your house ONLY if you have to. DO NOT do anything that is strenuous.
The best rule of thumb is if you think they might question it don't do it.
GOOD LUCK!!!
