No, I don't believe in them at all. They are always so general and vague in their prediction. It's not reliable at all.

No I don't think horoscopes reveal the outcome of your life. If it were true then every person born under that sign would have accomplished the same. A horoscope is something that can give you a general view on your life. I read my horoscope on a daily basis. OK on a few occasions it has hit home, but only a few. I do not believe in it but I do still enjoy reading it. It can put you in a good mood and make you feel positive for the day. Call it my daily dose of red bull.

it is more difficult that it appears to be.

that is why people do not believe in newspaper horoscope.

if you take the time to draw the chart of the horoscope, with all the planets included, houses, etc, then you will find out it is so difficult to analyse all interactions between planets and signs, sometimes contradictory, and that one's horoscope is so unique, that you really cannot read it in the newspaper and trust it.

but yes, I do believe that the position of the planets partly influences your life.

As an example think about the moon, and how much it influences life on earth (sea, oceans, moods with people, etc).

It is just the same with the others.

Its as real and true as you would want or wish to believe to be so. And whatever you decide to be the case then no body else can robb you of that belief.

There are a lot of people who believe it to be true. There are possibly a lot of other people who believe othewise. In the middle lies an equall number of people who care less. Each one of the group will argue teeth and nails to prove to you that their stand is the truth. So, in the end its YOU who decide.

I used to believe in them, untill I came to notice that different astrologers would give me different and someimes contradicting predictions and advices on the same day! I gave up! But I still read their predictions, now and then, just for fun and comparision, and believe me, the more I read them from different sources on a single day the more I am convinced that they are just a crupp! I mean the predictions, not the planets and the stars and whatever effects or affects they may have.

But, please do not be influeced by my case. Probably I am reading from false pretenders!

Good luck!

Anyone can make up horoscopes I used to do it myself. You just need to know human nature enough to write up vague generalities that most human beings will relate to and they think your really doing them a favor.
Granted you do get lucky on occasion and hit it right on the money and that just gives your standing more prestige. People tend to forget all the misses and remember all the 'hits'.. which is why psychics get a lot of press when they predict a disaster. If you ever done target shooting you know if you hit in the general direction you will hit the target eventually. ;-)
Take astrology for what it is fun entertainment!

Well, let's put it this way: there are 6billion people in the world and 12 Zodiac signs, which means that there are approximately 500million, let's say Libras. How come that this one magazine article or whatever predicts what will happen in one day/month/year/lifetime of all of them? It's statistically impossible!

Being a Christian, astrology in a science is almost meaningless. It is more of a fun way to predict your future. Sometimes the things happen, but you have to believe it through faith rather than astrology!

My Zodiac sign is "Dead On" about me, and I'm serious. Some of the stuff this one website was saying, was me reading my whole Personality.

There is no Self-Fulfillment Prophecy here, I think I just got lucky.

They're purposely broad in their advice, this way it appeals to a wide audience. Astrology has been proven to be a bunch of bunk. You decide what your life will be like, not the stars.
