If you eat apples before, all the jumping about makes them ferment. You will end up getting drunk

They are always good, but they wont give you any boosted energy with maybe an exception for the banana. Make sure that you aren't using them for that. Still drink plenty of water or gatorade too. Also try to wait 30 min after you eat them before you work out just so they have a chance to start digesting. Other than that, they are excellent healthy snacks.

Yes - each has it's individual benefit. Banana are a great source of potassium which can help prevent cramps. Apples before a workout are a good choice and will give you a natural energy lift with it's natural sugars and the carbs will help for your cardio energy. Fruits and veggies are always great snacks and higher in fiber so they will help you feel fuller longer.
