You'll need to contact the airline you're flying on to change the date on your ticket. You'll most likely have to pay a change fee, plus any increase in fare. Good luck!

You have to do this via the person who booked it ie: Airline, online provider, travel agent, etc.
Depending on the type of ticket it is you maybe are unable to change the outbound flight and might have to purchase a whole new ticket.
