Sounds like he does like you but dosen't know you well enough. Probably just wants to check you are compatible and have stuff in common first. Dosen't sound the type of guy that just jumps into relationships which is a good thing. Just keep chatting and ask him if theres anything specific he wants to know about you. And vice versa of course.
