Ok every so often i get this cold/burning kind off feeling like right belwo were my neck starts...on the chest area. And it happend last night but i still have the feeling. What could this be?

It is called epigastrial regurgitation. Take rest and Antacid.

It's hard to imagine exactly what area of the chest you're referencing. It's also hard to imagine what cold/burning feels like. Your best bet is to talk with a doctor. There a ton of things it could be, including nothing, but chest pain isn't something you should be seeking the answers to over the www., or ignoring. Make an appointment, or go to your local emergency department.
