Every time my wife goes back to the PI she always gets sick.
even in Mexico she sez the pollution and food make her have the Montezuma Revenge.? When I go back to Germany I never get sick..also when I travel to Japan I never get sick but she always gets sick in the third world..she comes from the PI and left in 1985..has she lost her immunity??or is this just in her head?

That's a show she's doing to you, I been in Mexico many times and me and either my wife got sick, yes the air is polluted, but, What about New York City or Berlin? Both are in the same conditions, too many cars and a lot smog. It's just in her head. Perhaps the 3rd world is the Earth, in the way you are writing your comments I can see a lack of racism.

Montezuma's revenge is what you get from drinking water in Mexico. I have never heard it associated with any other place, although similar symptoms can occur. Usually we get sick from drinking water from other places because it is not treated, or treated how we are used to it. I suggest that when you or your wife travel you take adequate amount of drinking water with you.

The revenge comes from poor quality, unclean water. Once her body is no longer used to it, she'll get sick from it. Germany and Japan don't have problems with unclean water.
