She's going to be tweleve so she is a preteen into make up and so on. I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions. However she is pretty young to have makeup so maybe something useful, before she goes through hell they call puberty.
Maybe a puberty kit, but what would it consit of.

Hmmm depends how much you have to spend on her..but it has to be something to make her feel gown up...
Not sure what a puberty kit would consist of but have a few ideas for a 12 year old girl...
possibly something in the music line ..what about an mp3 player?
How about a DVD...something like mean girls or freaky Friday?
Clothes...something mum and dad wouldn't buy but you know she would love?
What about a nail care kit...not quite makeup but something she can feel grown up trying out?
What about a facial sauna she will thank you for it when she starts to get spots but have fun with it in the meantime?

i went thru the same thing about 4 months ago with my sis- she was being a real pain with what she wanted for her 12th; asking for things like her stomach pierced or clothes that mum and i thought were a little too old for her- so we sat down and talked about it and eventually came to a compromise. i paid for her to have her ears pierced and bought her a set of gorgeous silver studsa and hoops from argos and xmum said if she proved she was adult enough over the next couple of months; i.e, no tantrums or childish behaviour or whatever; we'd discuss getting wither her stomach or tongue pierced fror christmas. this worked brilliantly, and for christmas i paid the thirty quid for her stomach to be pierced. technically, she's underage to hve it done but one of mum's brothers is a tatoo and piercing specialist and did it as a favor to mum. if ur sis hasnt got her ears pierced, i suggest this- it cost me 8 quid to have it done by a profesional guy recommended to mum by her bro, and the earrings i got from argos- a set of 8 different pairs of studs and four pairs of diff sized hoops cost me about 20quid. it was well worth it for the three monthsa of bliss we got from becki in return! of course that'll all change in the next year but i'm loving it now!!!
good luck, i hope ur sis has a good bday
