in 1963, my sis-in-law committed a crime (as a teen), and was sent to Geniva School for Girls. while incarcerated, she was taken to chicago research hospital, and gave birth to a baby boy. she signed papers for his health-care (later found out they were adoption papers). they then took her back to the school to finish her sentence. She had stolen a check, less than $100, from her friend's mailbox. mail theft=federal offense. she was a juvanile, not allowed to keep her baby, and has been searching for him since. he would now be 42 years old. a teenage federal crime cost 2 life sentences. hers & his! she really wants to find him. does anybody know him?

Wow this is sad. There are a lot of services that help people find missing lost ones. My mother in law found her brother by doing a Internet search. She hadn't seen him since childhood. She was in NC and he was in CA. Good luck to your sis in law.

Try looking in one of the online phone books.
MySpace - lots of people are that site of all ages.
I used Intelius.com once to find someone once - it worked.
Birth records should be public info - try checking that.

Good luck.

I wish I could help, the only thing I can do wish the best for your sister, I hope she find him, or at the very least closure. Good luck to your family.
