I know it's after the fact, and I hope all went well in the contest...

Ear itching and sneezing is often allergy-related. You might want to include an antihistamine (prescription or over-the-counter). If there is a "D" after the name, it includes a decongestant (usually sudafed/pseudoephedrine) which could make you feel more nervous and also dehydrate you, so if you've never taken it before and don't know how your body handles it, I'd skip it the day of a performance.

Mucinex is over-the-counter guaifenesin which is an expectorant, meaning that it helps break-up the mucous so it can drain. This may make it drip worse down the back of your throat, causing a tickle that might start you coughing which could effect your voice. Again, It's better to know what works best for you, rather than experimenting the day before a performance!

Airborne contains vitamins and minerals that help boost your body's immune system - it is not a medication, but some dietary supplements can interact with medications, so use cautiously and check with a Doctor or Pharmacist.

For future reference, maintaining good general health and hygiene are the best way to prevent contagious illnesses and minimize their effects. This means good nutrition, with a multi-vitamin supplement; good hydration; adequate rest and physical fitness; as well as frequent hand-washing and avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

Chloraseptic does have medication for short-term topical numbing - I'd also suggest taking an over-the counter pain reliever (e.g. Motrin, Tylenol) at least half-an-hour before the performance. Hot herbal tea with honey is also very soothing and hydrates the mucous membranes as well as soothing the throat.

You could use 3% Hydrogen peroxide as ear drops to clean your ears with. It is available in any supermarket store. Gargling with warm water + salt for throat.

It is not worth damaging your voice. It won't work anyway, you just have to skip this one. I know you're not going to listen but that's what I have to say.
