me and him have been dateing a month but we have known eachother for 6 years. We have tried dateing in the past but we were not able to keep it going. But we still hung out and flirted alot. He is also a year older then i am and when i went to college and eneded up in one of his classes we hit it off again. It took him 3 months to ask me out and now we are both really happy. I am juts rele unsure of the gift to get him.

You should think of what made him happy in those six years that you knew him. Dont let the pressure of being together effect your thoughts You still want to keep that friendship in play so think from the past.

Maybe instead of getting him an actual 'gift' you can take HIM out and buy dinner or pay for the movie.
Or .... do either of you have your own place? even ur own bedroom would flow lol.....set the room up to have dinner and make something at home. Maybe you can go to the video store and rent a good movie to watch too. It would be a comfortable/romantic/very thoughtful gift.
