I looked at a website and Im not sure if thats the place where he hired her from but it says that the guests can put money on the guest of honor and wherever the money is the girl will go. Does this mean shes going down my boyfreinds pants?

Depends on what he paid for....and the company he hired from. There are some company's with a no touch rule....but not all strippers abide by those rules. So, unless you're a fly on the wall you won't know for sure what goes on there.
I think the question I would have if I were you is why your boyfriend is having a party with activities that you are so uncomfortable for...and what is making you not trust him in the first place?

If she is a professional stripper, most likely nothing will go on between them. What a lot of people do not realize is that strippers have more than one show in a night, and they don't have time to form romances with the people at the parties. However, if she's an "escort", then there may be touching.....
Find out which company he hired the stripper from, and call to find out if they're a legitmate stripping entertainment company, or if they're an escort service under the guise of one.

You don't have to be intimidated, as much as take this situation VERY seriously. You can go over her house, even if he's there, don't let his presence ruin your relationship. But he's obviously a perv, and might even try to have sex with you without your consent, (which we call rape), so don't even let him come close to you. If he tries to touch you, smack his hand away, and tell him "Back off, or I swear to God I'll hit you!" Step on his foot with your shoe; don't be afraid to defend yourself. Let him know that you're not a toy, and you can't be manipulated, no matter how old you are. Don't take his money, don't even look at him. Don't let him get near you, or in your head. If he starts threatening your life, or your sister's tell the police. I would even say something to someone now, because you are a minor, and that's considered statutory rape. Get help, don't let this guy ruin you or your sister's life!

Some Strippers are allowed to kiss and touch and in some cases engage in sexual intercourse,I don't mean to worry you,but this is not good news at all.....if he's drunk,his buddies might pay her to do a little 'extra' on him...the main issue here,is the type of service they provide,I know of a few clubs that offer both stripping and escort services,those are the ones that go the extra mile...

from any of the places i've been too and what you see on tv..
for the most the girls just rub up against them.. and such..
i dont think there is anything really to worry about..
just think about how great you'll bf will think it is that your secure enough to not let it bother you
