You bet ya she is !!!

My wife and I lived in different countries Scotland and America respectively and we wrote for the first year before we met and we were both so nervous when we first met.

But don't worry because like us eventually the magic that you have built up over the past two years will come shinning through and you will have the time of your lives together.

All the best.

I met my boyfriend online. After a few weeks of emailing, we decided to get together for a drink. Of course we were nervous, at least I was, but we had a great evening. There was no spark though, not as such. I liked him, but that is it.

But a few dates later, the sparks erupted when we first kissed and we have been together ever since ( 1 1/2 yr ago).

I think everything will go great. Everyone gets nervous when they meet someone that they really like. Just take things slow when you get there as well. Good luck

Yeah...and? I would be worried if neither of you where slightly jittery. It will probably go something like:
You meet her at train station "Hi, are you........?" or whatever. Then comes the travel questionaire. "How was it? etc,etc..."
Then comes the "So...[nervous silence]...er...what do you want to do?"
Answer "Go for a drink/ meal/ see a movie etc,etc..." or something. All this time you and her will be struggling because you are nervous...which in my opinion makes the first date the best...the adreniline!

Whatever you decide... Good Luck!

Nerves are normal for everyone when they first meet a potential partner or go on a date, just relax have a drink or two, but not too many and enjoy her company. You obviously get on well if you are meeting up.

Good luck and enjoy!

its completely normal to be nervous - shows you care about the person and how you get on with them. try and think about it in terms of excitement instead - look forward to it.
the two of you will be fine once you get over the initial shyness. Make sure you plan somewhere to go and something to talk about so you don't get stuck for conversation

of course you are both going to be nervous, but you already know a lot about each other so it will be fine.

Nerves are normal, and ABSOLUTELY no indicator of how things will go when you actually meet.
