This guy and I had a relationship of eight months. We broke up half a year ago but we remain friends. The other day he asked if I would invite him to my wedding when I do get married one day. I didn't answer him and asked if he would invite me to his wedding. He said yes. I told him I might not go then he said that's so sad.
Why does he want us to be at each other's weddings? Does that mean he is over me now.

He sometimes tells me he was thinking about me and would like to meet me again sometime. He even has offered to buy me dinner when I visit Paris in the summer. ( He has moved to Ireland after we broke up).

Does he still like me more than a friend or is he over me now?

Well he may probably still have feelings for you, but according to the distanc that he moved away it'll be hard to see eachother, so maybe he still has feelings, but he also realizes that he may not see you that often so he may be trying to get over you, but if you want the truth completely then you should ask him.........

Sorry, but It does sound like he has moved on. If you still have feelings for him, let him know. As for his offer of buying dinner when you visit him in Paris, don't think too much about that. I often treat my friends to dinner when they visit me from out of town or just because. Good luck!

Dinner doesn't mean much,he might still want something,But I doubt it...I believe he'd probably ask you directly,if you think you'd ever work out again....best thing is to go to dinner and see what happens, goodluck.
