If you don't want to get an MS in IE, then you might want to wait a few years and then get an MBA. It would be best to wait 4 or 5 years to get the experience and perspective necessary to maximize your benefit from an MBA. And yes, it depends on what you are interested in. If you like OR, then maybe a stats or quantitative analysis MS. Manufacturing or ergo, and the best thing would be an MS in IE.

MS is Statistics so you can do QC:-)
