Depends, really.
However, if you blame others much, they'll lose trust in you. If you take responsibility for your own actions, people will respect you for that.
You may personally feel good or bad about doing so. That doesn't really matter. Your actual character is more important. That's affects how you relate to others.

Take responsibility. Blaming someone else creates guilt, sadness, stress and another lie being told. Taking responsibilty ends a disagreement immediately and there is room for forgiveness and trust.

It ultimately "feels" better to take responsibility for your own actions. Failure to do so may lead to anxiety, worry about being caught and feelings of guilt. If you immediately take responsibility, you've at least reduced the worry to the possible consequences of your action and often those consequences can be both fixed and limited.

You mean like when Christians claim that Satan caused their wrongdoings? They blame Satan alot so I'd guess blaming others feels best to them. Me, I take responsibility for my own actions.

It's obviously better to take responsibility for one's actions. This is the doctrine of karma, by the way: we reap what we sow.
