AH! I was fine with my body but for the past few weeks i've found myself just staring at the mirror thinking how big my thighs are and how I have such abig butt. I can't stop! I always find myself comparing my body to theirs. My friend is so darn skinny...she eats like a pig and doesn't puke and all that jazz but I feel fat when i'm around her. She's like a size 0,5ft 4inches tall and weighs only 102pounds. On the scale thing it says her body fat was 13.

But no...for me I'm tottally different, size 3(5 sometimes, but rarely because it depends on the store.))115lbs,22%body fat(according to scale)),5ft 4.5inches

Help me! I don't know what to do. I feel like I have such a big behind and big thighs. I excersize at least 30minutes-1hour a day( usually 20-40minutes lifting weights and 5-20minutes jogging or playing vollyball and sports like that))

Well, you sound perfectly healthy and normal, your friend sounds very underweight to me.....13% body fat is very low indeed, almost dangerously low.........is she into athletics of some kind or is she just extremely skinny? If the latter, then it isn't healthy, I can assure you, she is just a few pounds away from all sorts of health problems.

I think you have some body image issues, that you need to address. I'm not saying you have a body image disorder, but if you let this carry on, you could end up heading that way and trust me, it's not fun to go through. Maybe consider getting some professional counselling about your negative body image. Find out why you feel so obsessed about how you look and why you feel the need to compare yourself to others, especially those who don't sound too healthy.

I promise you that as far as your weight and body fat are concerned, you sound healthy. And the fact that you work out and look after yourself will help to maintain your good health, just don't let it turn into an obsession.

Take care : )
