Cause it doesnt rhyme. They've got Strawberry Swirl which is essentially the same thing, strawberry style

It must ultimately come down to alliteration. "Raspberry ripple" sounds right because of two rs. Any other type of ripple would be possible, but wouldn't sound the same.

They do, it's just not called strawberry ripple as it doesn't scan as well as raspberry ripple.
