Imagine that the United States had the worst president in the history of the country. Imagine that he has allowed some radical right wing nut job slip an anti-gambling bill (with some get out clauses for those who bribed him in the horse racing industry) into an unrelated anti-terror bill. Imagine that under the same corrupt and incompetent administration the Canadian founders of Neteller were arrested, prompting Neteller to shut their doors to all Americans. Imagine that as a result every American decided to empty their Neteller accounts. Imagine that US banks are terrified that they will get in trouble for accepting 'gambling proceeds.' Imagine hundreds of thousands of transactions all requested in one day, and US banks being uncooperative because they fear the government.
Well you don't have to imagine any of that, because this is what our 'great' leaders have done to us. Too busy squandering billions of dollars a month policing a civil war they created in Iraq, to do anything useful back home.
It may take months to clear up this crap, and you may well be out your money for quite some time. Next time you vote, make sure your candidate is not some right wing 'family values' cretin who just wants to tell you how to live your life and spend your money.
Also join the Poker Players Alliance to give poker players a lobby group. Money is the only language our politicians seem to understand.

Yeah, I'm in a similar boat with them. It's not like they "won't give it to you" as much as they don't really have a way to get it to you.
Neteller has recently lost much of its EFT, ATM, and check capacities. For example, checks issued by Neteller aren't being honored in the United States. So that option's out. Also, their providers of EFT and ATM services have dropped out. They say that EFT's should be sent in 4-6 weeks, but who knows when it'll be operational.
Your best option, if you have it, is to transfer your money to a friend who has a Neteller account and lives in Canada/UK/elsewhere. They are still able to withdraw to their banks and to gaming sites. Then have the friend send you the money some other way (write a check, transfer $ to an online gaming site that you can still withdraw from, etc.). I think it costs like 2% but it's probably worth it. I know many poker players who have done this, and I'm currently trying to set up the same thing. If you have a "pending" EFT with them then you have to call and cancel.

Slick, try to use their live help or call them during an unusal hour when most of your country is sleeping or not solving their neteller problems. EFT and paper check will nt long for long as us banks are not allowed to process transactions from Neteller.
Try to speak to Neteller representative, they are really helpful and figure out what is the best solution for you.
Another option - find someone (non us resident) you can trust with neteller account and ask him to help you.

What is Neteller? EFT's usually only take 48 hours. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
