I have a painting by A Schroder. I was going to bin it but thought i would do some research first.?

I definately would consider researching the name.
Try looking it up under the name or German Art websites.

If you don't like it, you should consider taking it to a charity shop where someone else who likes it might buy it and the charity benefits too.
