Yes, to a degree. Sometimes you can't repair it. Both sides have to be in agreement for it to be repaired. Some people, once hurt, won't give in to even sincere apology.

Basicly yes. Some things can not be "repaired" and if you do try you may just cause more harm. I.E. cheated on spouse or best friend, DO NOT confess to spouse or friend making them share your guilt. See a local priest or Alcaholic's anonymous

most definately.if you f..k it you fix it.no excuses,ever?thats the way i work anyway i dont give excuses and i dont accept excuses.
sorry left a bit out there,whatever the consequences(ie:punishment or payment or whatever etc:)of your actions you accept it.
