Call your vet to make sure that those laxatives aren't tocix to dogs, otherwise, allow access to the outside cause your dog is going to have the runs - also it's really important to make sure that he has lots and lots of water to drink as they can get dehydrated. Don't panic too much, this is essentailly self-limiting as the laxatives will cause the digestive system to speed up, thus removing the laxatives faster. This is something my collie has done before, and as long as they stay hydrated, and you have checked with your vet that they aren't tocix to dogs, then you don't need to worry lots.

Call your vet, they may be able to help you over the phone, but probably will need to take it in.

You could also call the poison control line listed on the box.

Get to the vet right now, and take the box with you so they know exactly what he's taken. Hope he'll be OK.

Give her charcoal biscuits and fibre tablets asap, this will stop the trots....I would also give her some apple mashed as the cellulose will also stop the runs as and when they arrive immediately.
