My husband and I are looking to spice things up in our relationship by adding another woman in the bedroom. We both agreed on it and set rules, but now we need to find someone! We're not sure how to go about finding someone though...

Where should we look? Should we date them first, to see if we both like them? and who should ask me or him?

Any advice is greatly appreciated! :)

Wow, this is spicy. Personal ads are one way to go, but I think it would be more exciting if you already knew the person. (Just a personal preference.) Avoid any web sites that make you pay to become a member. Try Craigslist or something.

Your husband is so lucky I can't even see straight. The room is spinning and I think I might.....pass.....out.....

You're killing your relationship, but that's really none of my business. You should date them first, but bear in mind that your opinion is going to be offset by nervousness. There aren't many women who are just willing to do that for sport, though, so it'll take awhile.
Potential problems: He is using you to shop around. He's bored of you, and this is an extension of that. He thinks he controls the relationship to such a great degree that he can have sex with other women. You're eventually going to feel betrayed (unless you already cheated on him, and that's why you agreed to do this.) In any event, this is at best a dumb attempt to salvage a bad marriage. It won't be as exciting as you imagine, and it'll cause more damage long term than anything beneficial which might be gained by doing it.

Sorry, I couldn't think of a worse way to put your relationship into a downward spiral. I couldn't think of anything more soul destroying than sharing my man with another and have it flaunted in front of my face.

Of course, that;s just my slant on what marriage vows stand for and I may be old fashioned, but my advice would be that some fantasies are best kept as fantasies - the psychological repercussions could be too detrimental to your relationship, even if at the time you think you would be cool with it. Is a night or two of physical pleasure worth hours of mental anguish?

A friend of mine is a member on alt.com and also adult friend finder...there's people on there who are into threesomes and also the alternative lifestyles. It's free to sign up and you might like to have a look around to see if there is anyone in or around your area that will catch your eye.

I don't think it matter's who does the asking. It's whatever you're comfortable doing. Try first by getting to know each other and I'm sure the rest will follow naturally.

Well honesty is always best. First of all on the net there are sites for things just like that and you can also put it out on yahoo and match, and even on MySpace...but really your best bet is going to be sites that cater to this form of "swinging" Also I know where I live there are some clubs/bar that have certain nights that cater to this as well. It is very fashionable to be Bi right now...at least for women.
