I have a long neck which can well be called I s’pose the most vulnerable part of my my body….
I experience a very intense, excruciating pain like it’s a thousand nerves breaking whenever I strech my hands or the like too far…for example when I was getting up from bed yesterday…I stretched my hands upwards and suddenly it all started all over again!
It is very intense and twice I had a vasovagal(it’s a kinda fainting) due to it…
It happens only on upward stretching of shoulders and the like
It even effectd part of my face coz the near portions were feeling numb afterwards…
They say its just calcium deficiency….
Have u all experienced the same pain sometimes?...its very very regular with me….n now its becoming a real problem…what did ur doctor say it was?

There's likely something wrong with one of the discs in your neck. When you move a certain way it PINCHES a bunch of nerves. It could also be the muscles in that part of the neck.

I bet it's the side you jam a phone in your ear on isn't it?

Repetitive injury as they call it, overuse or abuse of certain muscles will cause them to shrink and harden and calcium deposits to build up etc.

Go for some physiotherapy, but first go to a specialist who will xray your neck or do a CT scan or other scan and can rule out degenerative disc or other injury, then get treatment. Massage and very gentle stretches will help but it's concerning if you faint so I wouldn't do those until you know what's going on.

Go see a doctor. Get your mind checked once he is done with your nerves.
