Well i think dark brown goes really well with ur complexion
And yes no highlights =)
To my opinion i think you dont even need to change ur hair color or highlighting them
They are perfect as it it =)

A lot of asians look good with their hair done jet black with a chunk, or highlights of bright blue. If you need to stay conservative, but still want a change, lightening your overall color to more of a reddish brown tone would look nice.

You and I are about the same color in both skin & hair. I would suggest a golden brown if you like, that's what I'm doing now. Mine is naturally chestnut. As for bleach, get that done by someone who knows Asian hair. I bleached mine myself (I'm half Native American, same hair type) and the initial bleach took two applications. Apparently, our hair doesn't bleach as easily.

seems your natural dark goes well with your skin tone.
Men shouldn't color their hair as they are not ready for the upkeep.
Highlights on short hair isn't the key. If your board cut it shorter.
Or get a girlfriend.

I think Bronze,Hazel Brown or Copper Red colour high lights should look good on your hair.As you look asian,Spikes with the tip highted or a few in front line and back section would look real nice!!!
