Losing weight just boils down to eating fewer calories than you burn. If you eat 4000 calories a day you will not lose any weight regardless of whether or not those 4000 calories were made up of the "right" foods or fried ones. If you feel that you are following a healthy diet and exercise plan but you are still not losing weight you should consult your doctor. There are some medical conditions that cause weight gain or can prevent weight loss. You doctor could also help you identify problem areas in your weight loss plan or recommend a nutritionist.

frying has nothing to do with going fat.
you can still stir-fry chicken breasts cut small with red peppers or any vegetables like carrots etc with flora light.
Have boiled potatoes (small portion) or brown rise.
have this for lunchtimes. At night if you will eat, eat before 7pm. then don't eat nothing. If you do this for a week (changing foods everyday) then you'll loose a bit of weight.
good luck

Ask a doctor to check your thyroid hormone levels. A low thyroid function can make you gain weight even if you hardly eat anything. Do you have other symptoms like tiredness, dry skin, or sensitivity to cold? If so, then it could definitely be "hypothyroidism". It's easy to fix with medication.
