Listen what you need to do is to avoid any situation where you think you might comprimise yourself. You like any human can fall to temptation. That is normal. Do not go out after work for a drink with him or do not find yourself where it is just you and him. Remember if you were the married one you would not want anyone messing with your spouse. I have seen so many marriages and heartaches because of people cannot be faithful to their spouse. Then the next thing you know you hear this silly and lame excuse, "I used poor judgement and I made a bad decision". Well once an act has been done, their is no undoing it. Resist temptation and never ever find yourself alone with this man for a lunch, drink or even a casual conversation. If you do this, when you get older you will be so glad first of all, you respected yourself and then you will be so glad you respected the "institution of marriage". Not only will you respect yourself, but your family and friends will respect you also, and then when you find the right person to marry, you will not have to sit down and tell him, "well I used poor judgement and I had an affair". You can honesty say I have not gone down this road, and I never intend to disrepect myself or anyone else.

Ask yourself this question: Are you a home-family wrecker? Do you really want to heap ton's of misery on his family and children if he has any.

Develop some moral values and a better character and stay the heck away from the married men. You'll be a better person for doing so. 90% of the time the guy is just going to use you for sex, and even if you do end up with the guy, consider this, in 10 years or less you'll more than likely find yourself in the same position as his wife as he's out looking to replace you.

Ignor the guy and stay away from him.

the question is; why should you want to keep from falling in love with a married man?
you can''t help who you love, and there are no guarantees that the person you love will (or can) love you back...the problem is, what do you do if you do fall in love with a married man? carry it around like a secret? it will eat you up inside like a cancer. tell him how you feel and then let him make the next move. but don't ever try to stifle your emotions...some day you may suceed, and that's the path to killing them altogether

I hope you're not a real police officer asking a question like this. They are usually held to a higher standard than to fall in love with a married man.

Its hard girl because married men are more understandind, very considerate they know how to treat a women cause thier expirienced. If your friends I guess staying away from him would be the best thing because if yous are close to eachother then you start feeling all those feelings like the butterflies ect so better if you dont want to fall in love stay away.

stop and ask yourself are you worth being number 2 or should you be number 1. dont ride back seat for anybody. if a man loves you then he will make you his only one. you can't help who you care for but you can demand a certain level of respect---good luck lady---true love is really when you love someone and they love you too
