Im curious, isnt the motto of god to just live your life? why spend it worshipping when you could be living it?

Also why are there strict rules on sex? sex is an enjoyment right, its a natural thing infact its in our nature, so why does religion supress that?

Strict rules on sex was probably one of the greatest things religion did, besides increasing literacy. Before the advent of condoms people had sex and 9 months later we had a kid. Without the 'family' structure encouraged by many religions people would have sex before marriage which lead to many bastard children roaming the streets. By demonizing sex before marriage it reduced this by fear of God's wrath. Granted this still happens, but no education system is 100%. Jonathan Swift's "A Modest Proposal" is a great story related to this. Its easy for you to walk upright now, but we learned how by crawling.

By worship, I presume you mean "prayer". Not all religions use prayer (mine doesn't), but like any ritual, prayer is a way of connecting with your god or gods, or, for the atheists, your "higher self", as one would do with meditation.

Actually, almost any form of repetitive activity will do it to some extent, such as jogging. It's just that the ones that force more concentrtation get better results.

It's actually very good for you. It unclutters the mind and helps you think and see things clearly.

People need a medium for their faith, as many cannot believe that it is their faith alone which creates reality.

All religions were written by humans, so strict rules on sex only reflect personal opinions and morals of those who laid down the religion to start with.

People worship because they think that doing so will get them somewhere after this life and they are afraid of doing anything in this life that gives them to much pleasure because they are repressed and believe that their God is so sadistic that he gave us urges and sex drives so that we could resist the desire to use them or face his judgment.

God/Allah is the same. Religion only wants people to have sex with one partner.
