i mean for example a translator from british english to american english, or australian, newzealander or whatever other country?

highly unlikely, if they are actual "representatives" of the countries. Such people would speak the standard English of their country. There may be a few misunderstandings, but nothing like the joke my dad told me about the Yorkshireman in the British Army in Lancashire. ("I arnt got no." "He says he's bot." Yeah I didn't understand it either.)

because if theyre the representatives they should know
