Photostitch, get on your MY photo program, and start sniffing around, if you are running WINDOWS XP 2003 and up your computer should have that as an basic program, mine has it!! even making a cd. with scrolling pics, in an variety of shapes!

There are so many sorts of programs to do such things...
The easiest way is to get Macromedia Flash and learn the basics of how to use it... You can do many things with that program.... Any animation will have to be finally saved with a video file extension such as .avi... or as a .gif.... Gifs can be seen in any picture viewer and videos only in media players...
