Well, depends on how much sugar is in there. If more than a tablespoon, I'd say limit it to one a day.
If there isn't much sugar in there, the daily recs for dairy is four cups a day, and fruits and veggies are something like 10 is the maximum. I'd say it wouldn't hurt you to have four fruit/dairy smoothies a day. If you are using soy milk, maybe you could have six. But you still need to watch your calories.
And of course, pay attention to your body! If you are breaking out, getting gas, packing on pounds -- it's time to cut down.

I think it's different for every person. There are many other factors that you haveto consider like the other things you eat, what you are used to eating, how active you are and most importantly the ingredients of the smoothy.
I guess you just have to look at how it makes you feel.
Any negative effects mean too many smoothies :)

There is sort of, it is all healty stuff. But the problem is that all you are getting in these fruit drinks is a high dose of natural sugars without the fibre, which can lead to digestion troubles, increase teeth decay and in some people weigh gain.

if you are having them every day i would limit it to 2
otherwise you will start getting diarrhea
