right this is a catalogue I have been given from the Vegan Society uk (whether i'm an Aussie) a at the same time as in the past - a million tbsp gram (chick pea) or soya flour and a million tbsp water a million tbsp arrowroot, a million tbsp soya flour and a pair of tbsp water 2 tbsp flour, a million/2 tbsp shortening, a million/2 tsp baking powder and a pair of tsp water 50g tofu mixed with the liquid component of the recipe a million/2 super banana, mashed 50 ml white sauce I definitely have used the a million/2 banana, and the flour/shortening/baking potential/water - the two worked nicely. it is not practically changing the liquid an egg has, there are particular chemical reactions that eggs are used for in baking.

We are vegetarians and do not eat eggs either. My wife uses what is called egg replacer found at the health food stores for baking, it works just as well.
