you are correct ,it is shame full that those leaders ,howard ,bush and blaire claim christ ,claim to do that they do to be done under the cloak of the white brotherhoods way of disbelief.
the right wing neos are like the liers of the muslim extreem led by liers such as leo strausss and other claim, ing faith in the name of god
they are only believers in name only pretending dangers to rule as protecting us from evils such as those commies and terrorists ,its all a plan from evil to do perpetuate evils of war
its easy to be tough on drugs create fears so then to lead by oppressing that they created for us to fear,
its a game to keep an elite in power to empower thier own into positions of power ,for shame but god gives them all the rope they need to hasng by thier own petard.
its nothing to do with religion in fact its all anti religion ,its man made ,so they can rule by thier own rules
any one who disagrees is the enimy ,that they can safly decry as a danger to strip humane rights from a disempowered class they seek to keep oppressed
they love war so they declare more /perpetual war on the unwashed poor ,its niot about belief its about evil doing as evil finds easy to do through imagined fears.media and force
are you prepared to change it
no
neither am i
so what do we do vote for the next fool ,and the next fool ,till some fool looks and says we will fix it then find they are as powerless as bush and howard and blare are
its systemised abuse but that a law of humanity
be assured they arnt allowed in heaven,
and in hell they will feel right at home
its not thier fault we need sovereign protections ,above tha affairs of men ,beyond influence and needing to get elected but even that has failings
what will work tell me what will be better for sure than what we got
such silence

This is an interesting question. Have you ever wondered what would happen if the USA completely cut itself off from the rest of the world? If we closed our borders, eliminated immigration, stopped overseas travel, missionary work, aid, funding, etc. Then, we let every nation fight against its rivals without offering any support. Would we be better? Would we feel safer? NO, because whether you realize it or not, the thought of everyone around us, one day becoming united in socialism, communism, would render this country vulnerable to attack in ways that you would never imagine. It isn't shameful to me that they are connected with Christianity. What is interesting is the need of many to seperate church from state, and then turn around and cry about the war in Iraq being led by Christians.

Christians are supposed to not pass judgement. So if this question is being asked by a non-Christian I could then answer by saying that they both, as leaders, do seem rather hypocritical. They are in a position whereby they could use their influences to bring about a much greater good. But perhaps the result of their current actions will enable that anyway. After all, it has got us all thinking about things that we wouldn't otherwise be pre-occupied with.

i don't excuse it. i think of it is thoroughly unacceptable and fully not in keeping with Christian values... that's why a lot of human beings make the logical assumption that as a result, the perpetrators of stated violence or misconduct (take the Inquisition as an occasion) maximum probable weren't likely followers of Jesus' teachings, and have been only utilising their church hierarchical/political prestige as a guise as a fashion to pursue their very own little egocentric aims, or get rid of their enemies. lots of folk will wave me off asserting "hah, he's only utilising the common not-a-genuine-Christian argument" yet to be honest as quickly as you think of roughly it, that's clever. you would be unable to blame an entire concept group for the movements of a few - surprisingly if those movements do not definitely correspond or believe the ideals of that group.

Oh, now I get it. Muslims mistakenly thought that because Christ taught about love and forgiveness that after 19 cowardly ‘jihadists’ were sent to destroy thousands of innocent lives that we wouldn’t fight back. Now, it makes sense to me.

The concept of “turning the other cheek” does not apply to national security. It applies to individuals under a particular circumstance. Better do some more research.

When Christ returns he will carry a sword that will make the “sword of the jihad” look like a toothpick.

Any time now, when Christ returns to the earth, you will have the opportunity to meet the “glorified” Jesus who is described by the Apostle John in the Word of God, the Holy Bible:

“Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.” [Revelation 19:11-16]

The Bible tells us that when Jesus returns, he will be coming as a perfect Judge and Ruler of the nations. His enemies will be destroyed by a “sharp sword” (His Word). Sort of changes your understanding of the meaning of the word, “love”, doesn’t it?

Rather than judging others, I recommend that you make peace with the true God and coming King, Jesus Christ, now, before it is too late.

Many so called Christians have sold their souls for power and money before and some will continue to do it again,Bush and Blair are not my stalwarts of Christianity and whatever their sins maybe I cannot really judge these but I can judge their actions which up to now have not always been the right ones.

Well a person can be given two opposite names like a terrorist or a freedom fighter for doing same job... Just like nelson mandella he got 25 years being called a terrorist and after 25 years he was given noble prize for peace so what can you say about the scenario.. Same person same job but two different names.... so thats the matter now a days with muslims .. CNN and BBC would definitely call them extremists or terrorists but what about AL-Jazeera or any other muslim channel.. You wont believe Al-Jazeera but not everyone is like you...
So you call muslims extremist .. i call them the people of ALLAH
you call them terrorist i call them freedom fighter...
One person one job two names....
