It's easy to say that looks don't matter; but that's BS.
You are probably a good looking woman and you deserve to have a man that compliments you.
If he loves you and honors the relationship, he should want to keep his game tight.
Let him know that you like a certain look.
If he doesn't try, you may decide to find what you want elsewhere.

well to see ur problem it is not so big problem as u and ur parents are making then also ya it is necessary to make good personality. to talk about ur bf..try to convience him by saying that ur parents want a good guy like u with good personality.. but if he again dont agree then tell ur parents that only good personality donot matter but other qualities also matter then the looks. hope it will work.

Let him be the way he is. You are lucky to have someone nice and caring and hard working. You have terrible writing skills and bad vocabulary but I am certain he has not gotten on you about that....correct? Let him be who he is.
