It depends on the type of anxiety you are having. If it is so severe that you are noticing an impact on your daily life i would recommend you see a therapist for help as you may have an anxiety disorder. Anxiety disorders can be fixed with therapy through learning to control it and recognise your anxiety or through the use of drugs, eg. SSRI's or anti-depressents.

Everyone feels anxiety but you can learn to overcome it. The best techniques I have used teach you to visualize yourself succeeding in a situation or being successful doing something that normally makes you anxious, before you do it. Then your brain is ready for what happens. Some of NLP and books like Think and Grow Rich are based on this principle.
If your anxiety is serious it may be worth finding a counselor or psychologist who can help you talk through this and maybe understand the cause of the anxiety.

I have read some litterature about panic attacks. But they allways seem to have a more scientific approach and that is nothing I need in my struggle to survive those horrible panic attacks. This is a "hand on" and very practical book. I felt it was written to me. I am sure that you are going to feel the same.
Joe Barry writes exactly how I think. The examples are perfectly described. And the method is genius. I recommend this book and thanks Joe Barry for writing it. It changes your life

It depends what you mean. Social phobia? General anxiety? Panic disorder? If this is bothering you all the time, I would recommend that you see a doctor specialised on psychiatry.

Nutrition is almost always contributing, if not causing the problem. Get more "B" vitamins.-- Nutritional yeast etc. Eat more nutrient dense foods. (less junk) Do some cleansing. Use good salt (one with all 14 minerals of sea water, not just sodium chloride).

Try a meditation c.d. You can get them from book stores or music shops. Lay down and listen to it on your walkman.

Drugs and therapy.
Do not make the mistake that the drugs aren't worth trying, they can literally change your life overnight.
