how should the community relate to burgers on the street?

you know,there are countless burgers these days and its a bit disheartening to know there is a way to help them but there are actually no funds

i wish there were burgers everywhere on my street...i would just eat them. but i'm thinking maybe you mean beggars, which in my world no way constitute food....but it was a nice thought

The people remaining under poverty line become burgers. This
people cannot afford basic necessities of life such as 2 meals per day. And they are not educated as well as unskilled to perform any work. In order to get a meal per day, they become burgers. If rich people are interested in amazing wealth and without any community service to make people below poverty line skilled, they remain as burgers. If every wealthy person provide a charity to terminate these unskilled manpower to skilled man power, the community evade the burgers on the street.
