You have to be taller than her and muscular. you standing, her standing as well, tell her to touch her toes such that its like her folding in half. now lift her from the ground with your hands on her waist and give it to her. For the less muscular or if she is too heavy you can do it with her feet on the ground. Dont listen to those talkin bout sittin on eggs, its not our problem they dont get modern slang
