I dunno why but it's been going through my head recently that maybe God as we think of him is an "alien". Not an alien as like the kind that abduct you and stick stuff in your butt but an alien as in just a living being outside of our planet in the universe. Think about it. Adam and Eve were put on the Earth by God to prosper. They were said to be in Gods image. Basicly meaning we and god look the same. Is it not possible God (and ourselves) are really just what we would consider aliens for another part of the universe? and we were put here on this planet to start the civilization we now have? Maybe his (gods) fast travel thoughout the universe explains why to him a year is a second like it's said in the Bible. B/c speed of light travel distorts time. It would explain why there is really no evidence of human evolution. We just seem to have at some point appeared. Possibly off of a space craft? lol I know it sounds crazy but it seems to make sence. What do you think?

No, i`ve thought about it too. He came, said he would return. That kind of technology they could be eternal. Still be god.
Why create such a vast universe and just this one puny planet has life? No way. The odds of us being it are rediculous. If so, they need to come back soon because mankind is so wrapped up in religious turmoil that something has to give. Its the only thing that can combine man, a visit from above.

It could be a possibility, although I do not even believe in alien life outsode of our planet.
There are a lof of references to space and aliens as angels in the bible, coming down on pillars of light to help guide the way and help people (one person being Moses during his exodus), and a lot of people have started to believe that Jesus himself was an alien.
Before anyone can discount anything, nothing can ever be proven from those times, but given that if you watch an episode of Star Trek some time, there are a few episodes where Picard has been worshipped as a God, so who is to say, if that could be be reality, that it was not in our own past as well.
I only believe that Jesus was a normal person, could not walk on water, but did extraordianary things that made people of the time claim he was the son of God. Seems because of a lot of my beliefs I would be well suited to the Jewish religion than Pagan!

I´m serious, that is really interesting. Do you mind if I wrote a book about it? I could put that into a blockbuster by summer 2008.

God is everything, therefore its unlikely he would be a alien to himself.

The definition of alien is "foreign" or "unfamiliar". So I suppose physically, He is "unfamiliar" to us.

Sound like you got probed at church. Don't worry it's not god, its probably your pastor.
