Yes, I surprised myself once by creating a new soup, which I still eat to this day.

I rarely make breakfast..but do it on the holidays. So I had these leftover breakast sausage patties, and leftever veggies from a veggie tray. And a craving for soup.

This is what I created. It is original and delicous..I'll even go out of the way to make it when I don't have leftover sausage and veggies.

Put water in a saucepan and add the leftover sausage. (If you don't have leftover breakfast sausage patties...just make some and cook them first). Crumble the sausage into the water, after browning it in a pan.

Add sliced carrots, and a package of ramen noodle soup (beef flavored) . Also add beef bullion untill you get the taste you want.

In a separate corning ware dish, simmer broccoli and caulifower..cut up very small. Simmer about 20 minutes. (you need to do this separate..or it will change the flavor of the soup).

Drain the broccoli and caulilower, and add to the soup.

There you have it. A very yummy dish..I call:

Breakfast Sausage Soup

My husband loves this..even though he hates broccoli and cauliflower. I bet even your kids will love it!

Enjoy!

I made marinated lamb chops (just regular old round-bone chops).
The marinade was olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic (lots) chopped green onions, and a little of this, a little of that out of the spice shelf.
Put it all in a big self closing plastic bag and refrigerated it for 4 hours.
Heated up the broiler and cooked them. Wow! Wonderful! So tender and tasty. Even people who don't like lamb will love these.

I've made tons of things by just tossing in this and that. Some were great, others we threw directly in the trash (LOL). If you cook alot your bound to do that sooner or later. The last thing I surprised myself with was "oriental chicken fajitas".

soup is probably the easiest thing to create from leftovers. so i wont be talking about soup now.

1 accident that i believe is simply delicious is mixing beer with the coating of prawn fritters. skin the prawns, cover it with flour + a bit of salt, then dip it in a mixture of beer + eggs + sugar(that are well beaten up together), then coat it with breadcrumbs.deep fry it to a golden color. serve it with thai-style chilli sauce or if you're really up to it, make you own sauce with some cut red and green chillies + beer + sugar + thinly cut lime leaves and boiled it up together. if this is your first time, you might want to have the chilli sauce ready. then you can just add up some beer in it.

I fried shallots and finely chopped mushrooms together, seasoned and added a little cream, and stuffed butterflied fillet steaks and then fried them in butter and added more cream to my left over stuffing and poured over my steaks, delicious but very fattening

A special type of "involtini". I can't give you the recipe because it's a secret!! It came from my Italian boyfriend's mom. I can tell that it tastes fantastic though!!

Once I breaded and fried chicken breast strips. They were so awesome. I just did it in a hurry. Can not remember how I did it.
