First... cc's is an amount of fluid volume, not a dose. You can have 2, 4, or even 10 mg of morphine in 1 cc of liquid, just as you can have 7%, 33%, or 80% alcohol content in one ounce of booze.

Second... The human body does not produce morphine. Morphine is a narcotic analgesic, not a hormone. The reason people feel uncomfortable when they stop taking it is because, even after only a few days of use, the body experiences withdrawal symptoms if the drug is stopped abruptly..

As for whether 120 mg of morphine is too much... A lot depends on what you're used to. The body becomes accommodated to morphine, making it less effective over time, and causing increasingly higher doses to be needed. I've seen adult patients who have never taken morphine get completely knocked out with just 2 mg, and I've seen end-stage cancer patients (who've been on morphine for months) take 15 mg ever 10 minutes and stay wide awake.

If you've taken 120 mg, are not a cancer patient, and are still walking, you're greatest danger is your addiction. Seek help!

how many cc's if it is 120cc's then yes. it could put you into a comma. if your doing this on your 'free' time stay around 80cc- 100cc

also just remember Morphine is regularly produced in the body. the more you put in the less the body makes for itself. your body will adapt to the amount you put in. but, when you stop it will want that same level to stay regular. this is where you can run into a problem. morphine is not a very good drug to use to have fun for this reason

Yes 120 mg could kill you easily. Was this prescribed by a doctor? Is it someone on hospice who has been gradually increased dosages to this dose? Or it it someone who is offering you this pill to take of theirs? Just because one person can take it and not die(a person who is accustomed to taking it)... does not mean it will not kill a different person (who has never taken it).
In fact a lot less could kill someone.

I think the standard medical dose of Morphene is 1mg per 10kg of bodyweight. So, yes, it sounds like a very dangerous, possibly fatal dose.
