I am not anti Jew but it is strange that so many problems seem to have a strong connection to the Jews why is this so?

ZERO COOL: I meant what I said and if the only reply and explanation you can come up with is an insult it indicates that you have a miniscule number of brain cells and a incapacity for thoughtful reasoning.

ZERO COOL.
Have you spent all your life under the blankets, I seem to recall 6 million Jews killed by the Nazis, Why?
Similar things happened in Russia too, Why?
The entire middle east hates the Jews , Why?
I don't hate the Jews, in fact I don't hate anybody other than my old geography teacher.
Is it racist, anti-jew, anti-anybody to ask a simple question, why?

not sure what you're saying but maybe you mean your not anti-Semitic but are anti-Israeli. There's a gulf of difference.

The Jews in Europe suffered centuries of persecution by Christians because of the belief that the Jews killed Christ. This belief was the root of all hatred towards the Jews. It was given a pseudo-scientific sheen by the Nazis which culminated in the Holocaust.

Israel was founded on another centuries old belief that God had promised the land to the Jews. The Palestinians were seen to have stolen the land from them. Therefore they should suffer persecution.
Both belief systems are atrocious, small minded and evil. Thats religion for you...

The US supports Israel as a bulkhead against Islam in much the same way as they did against Communism during the cold war.
Therefore the US wont support any UN sanctions against Israel so they are free to do what they want in the Occupied Territories. You should be asking why Islam is seen as such a threat by the US and why they find it neccessary to support Israel's actions.
Chicken and the Egg. Was Islam a threat before Israel was formed? Or was the Occupation, mass killing and expulsion of Palestinians enough to cause jihad?

Sorry if I sound a little biased having a middle eastern name but here goes. I´ll put this into something any American can understand. Pretend you are living a somewhat normal life in America and the Jews commit holocaust on the Arabs. The Arabs had been reading some ancient scripture before that about their people (not religion) being from New Jersey (for example). Then with the help of the Brittish gov´t and Iran, hundreds and hundreds of thousands of Arabs move into Jersey, and with gov´t help they put foreclosures on the property of all the people that had been previously living there. And then make movies about the previous holocaust and lot´s of money, off of lobby groups with more power and brains then bush himself. Would you think the Arabs are so innocent, then??

I for one don't mind the Jews at all. They're like an inoffensive senile old auntie. I've nothing in common with them, haven't a clue what they're on about or what they get up to, but they keep themselves to themselves.

Personally, I feel religion is an absolute joke, childish to say the least (Santa Claus, God - what's the difference) but what people want to get up to in their own time is none of my business so I don't bother them. However, all the other religions try to force it upon you, their beliefs, their religious beliefs.

But the jews don't do this, perhaps their plight is because they don't really have an offensive, so are always the victims. Or because, according to the story of alot of other religions, they betrayed Jesus (Jesus, Frodo - what's the difference)...

Either way I find them harmless and quite comical in appearance so I think the worlds a better place with them in it.

The Jewish folks have been singled out forever it seems. Even dear old Henry Ford published a paper against the jews, blaming them for world problems.

In the scheme of things, I guess someone feels like they have to blame someone for everything, and a lot of folks for whatever reason blame the Jews for their woes. Of course they are God's chosen people so maybe it's jealousy driven.

To answer the question, none of us are innocent. Not even you.

yes somehow the jews were obviously to blame for all the terrible things people did to them. it seems to me like its church doctrine which is to blame. for example the council of nicea in 325 which stated ""For it is unbecoming beyond measure that on this holiest of festivals we should follow the customs of the Jews. Henceforth let us have nothing in common with this odious people...We ought not, therefore, to have anything in common with the Jews...our worship follows a...more convenient course...we desire dearest brethren, to separate ourselves from the detestable company of the Jews...How, then, could we follow these Jews, who are almost certainly blinded."

or when "saint" hilary of poitiers said that g-d has cursed the jews forever, or when "saint" ephraim said that synagogues were brothels. or when the bishop of milan burnt down synagogues. or when the councils of orleans said that jews could not be seen in public during the easter season. or when the crusaders slaughtered 12000 jews on their way to liberate the holy land from the muslims, or when the crusaders locked all of the jews left in jerusalem into a synagogue and burnt the synagogue down in 1099. or canon 24 of the Third Lateran Council which says that jews should be slaves to the christians. or when the king of france confiscated all jewish property and exiled them all, or then when the king of england did the same thing, as well as spain, and italy and portugal and poland... or when the church forced jews to wear yellow stars of david badges identifying them as jews, an idea which would later be used by hitler... or when jews were blamed for the black plagues and over 20000 would murdered. or when 12000 were executed in the city of toledo. or how about when on july 12 1555 the roman catholic church issued a bull requiring all jews to live in ghettoes. hitler got that idea from the church too.

yeah, i guess it was jews, not christians, who were responsible for all these problems.

They wrote the Bible & invented a supreme being that controls everything. People are naturally going to resent being watched and governed by an unyielding celestial monarch and so like Dr Frankenstein either the monster or both have to perish

*sigh* No no, you're not "anti Jew", you just think anti-Semitism makes a LOT of sense.

*eyeroll* Be gone, troll.

--edit-- Ooooooh, alright, it's ok for you to make an enormously broad, GENERALIZING statement of "many problems are connected to Jews", offer NO support for this vague, brazen assertion and then get huffy when I call you on buying into this undeniably anti-Semetic notion that Jews are simply "problem causers"?

What a great deal for you!

how does your brain work? i think it may be broken cos thats the stupidest question iv heard!

how can you label an entire community because of their religeon? and seeing as every single person on this planet has their own personality, im pretty sure you cant generalise them into groups?

after all, not every rocker likes AC/DC just as every pop fan wont like britney spears (for example).

The only thing that has ever caused problems is ignorance!

Yes, Adolf, most of them are innocent. There are as many bad Jews as there are bad Christians, though most of the Jews I know are far less self-righteous.

And exactly what "problems" are you talking about?

hooray! someone who is catching on! the media is controlled by the jewish. did you know that? in fact everything to do with our lives is controlled by the jewish. you should look at the web site jew watch which does sound really dodgy but its a proper eye opener and is actually endorsed by jews who are decent and ashamed of what their religion is doing. they want to create a "pure" race and are using the libralisation of society to get it. take a look.
